General conditions for the guests of Vitality Relax Spa
1 - In Vitality Relax Spa, people under 18 years old are always must be accompanied by their parents
2 - Any liability of Vitality Relax Spa or its employees for damages caused by accident, injury or illness is excluded. It is the member's responsibility to take out insurance.
3 - Vitality Relax Spa is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, valuables, money, clothes, etc. Any responsibility for deposited objects is also excluded. It is the responsibility of the member to take out insurance.
4 - Vitality Relax Spa can change its offer and operating times at any time. The guest is not entitled to a refund in case of a reduction in the offer or the operating times.
5 - Payment and Reservation of a Suite.
a. The reservation of one of our suites is made through our reservation service on our website or by calling the information telephone number: +417673884688
b. In accordance with applicable credit guidelines, accommodation costs are due at the time of booking, but no later than arrival. Payment is made by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express), debit card (EC / Maestro, V Pay) or cash (CHF, EUR) at the current daily rate. Any change is paid in CHF.
c. Vitality Relax Spa is entitled to charge damages and missing furniture to the guest's credit card presentd at the time of booking.
d. Vitality Relax Spa is entitled to request a reasonable advance payment at any time.
e. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are paid for in the Establishment's local currency, except in the specific cases indicated on the site by the Establishment. The Guest may contact the Establishment directly to obtain this information and to know the terms and conditions of his/her Stay.
f. If the Establishment is debited in a currency other than that confirmed in the Reservation, the Customer shall pay the exchange rates.
8 - Transfer of room and return
a. The guest can obtain booked rooms from 3 p.m. on the agreed-upon day of arrival.
b. Depending on availability, early check-in can be booked at the following rate (until 9 a.m.: 100% of the room price / 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.: 100 CHF / 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. 30 CHF per hour).
c. Handing over the keys: at the agreed time of arrival a responsible person will be waiting for you at the entrance of the suite, at that time you will be asked for an official identity document of which a photograph will be taken for security reasons and the keys will be handed over. Afterwards, the operation of the facilities will be explained to you for your use.
d. Cleaning service: there is a cleaning service for the watertight ones of more than one day. The cleaning service is at 10:30, guests are requested to leave the room sign on the door handle to inform the cleaning staff that the suite is free. If the guests do not want the cleaning service, they must request it 1 hour before by calling +41 767384688 or sending a Whatssap message requesting the non cleaning of the suite.
e. The rooms must be vacated before 11:00 noon on the agreed date of departure. After 11:00 noon, Vitality Relax Spa may charge 50% of the room rate for the following night for use beyond the contract until 6:00 p.m. and after 6:00 p.m. 100%. If the room is not completely clean or excessively dirty after departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of CHF 250.
f. Late departure can be booked for a fee (11 a.m. - 3 p.m.: 40 CHF per hour / 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.: CHF 100 / from 6 p.m.: 100% of the room rate).
g. Departure and handing over of keys: The guest will be informed directly on arrival by a person in charge where he will have to leave the keys. For any questions or information you can call the phone number or sending a message from Whatssap to the number: +41767384688.
9 - Room requirements and additional services.
a. Pets are not allowed.
b. Smoking is not allowed inside the Suite,it is only allowed under outside terrace is smoking allowed. The use of incense sticks is also not allowed. If when leaving the room, a tobacco smell is perceived inside the Suite, the guest may be charged an extra washing service to remove the smell.
c. a maximum of 1 child up to 6 years old sleeps for free in their parents' room in the existing beds.
d. Baby cots are free of charge, to request them please contact customer service at: +41 767384688.
10 - Return/cancellation of rooms.
a. It is specified that Prepaid Reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded. The credit card is charged for the total amount of the stay, including the fees (with the exception of local fees, which are always paid by the Guest at the Establishment), on the day of the Reservation or on the day of the Guest's entry into the Establishment.
b. the reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 14:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Cancellations after 14:00 p.m. will be charged 100% of the first night
c. You can change the Reservation directly with the Establishment, whose telephone contact information is specified in the Reservation confirmation sent via email.
d. In the case of an interruption of the stay by the Guest, the total price agreed upon will be charged.
e. All Reservations are made by name and cannot in any case be transferred to third parties, either free of charge, at a charge, or in a commercial capacity.
f. No show: if the Guest does not show up at the Establishment on the day of his/her Reservation, the latter is considered cancelled and the cancellation conditions of the Reserved Rate will apply. The Guest may be charged for the first night or the entire stay depending on the conditions of the Reserved Rate.
11 - Massage service.
a. The massage service is reserved for our guests.
b. Reservation before the guest's arrival:
The client can make the reservation of the massage service before his arrival to the suite, the payment will be made in cash or credit card at the end of the session. (the payment of the service of massages is independent to the payment of the suite) If the Guest requests the service for the same day of his arrival and entrance (entrance: same hour or maximum 1 hour after his entrance) in this case the suite will be conditioned before his arrival to realize the above mentioned massage, (Stretcher of massage, and utensils) once finished the service of massages the masseur will gather all his utensils of massage to leave the room free and conditioned in the major possible briefness.
c. Reservation during the guest's stay:
The client will be able to make the reservation of the service of massage during his stay, the payment will be made in cash or credit card at the end of the session. (the payment of the service of massages is independent to the payment of the suite) In this case the masseur will need 30 minutes to condition the suite (Stretcher of massage, and utensils) the guest will be able to remain in the suite while the masseur prepares the session of massage or will be able to be absent until the hour of the session of massage, (It is recommended to be absent minimum 30 until the session) once finished the service of massages the masseur will gather all his utensils of massage to leave the room free and conditioned in the biggest possible briefness.
12. Coupons, promotional and/or special offers.
a. At different times of the year, Vitality Relax Spa launches promotional and/or special offers for which specific rates and specific terms and conditions of sale apply. These can be consulted in the following conditions :
- by clicking on the tab of the Site that corresponds to the promotional and/or special offer applicable to the Guest's Reservation ;
- through the Guest's browser on the Site
- To benefit from these Promotional Offers and Special Offers that allow access to special rates, the Guest may be asked to enter a personal and specific code to justify the application of such rate.
13- Responsibility.
a. Vitality Relax Spa and Guest agree to carry out their obligations under the Terms and Conditions in good faith and are responsible for any damages they may cause to the other Party due to a breach attributable to them.
b. By making the Reservation through the Services, the Guest enters into a direct contractual relationship with the Establishment.
c. Reserved Stays:
Once the Establishment confirms the Reservation to the Customer via email, the Establishment becomes the Customer's main point of contact.
In any case, the Establishment will only be responsible for how it carries out the reserved stay and more generally will only be responsible for the relationship with the Customer in particular with regard to the Offer and the Reservation.
The Customer may contact the Establishment in question to find out the Terms and Conditions of their Stay.
d. The photographs that appear in the Services are for information purposes only and are not contractual. Although every effort has been made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations and texts provided to illustrate the Establishments presented offer a preview that is as accurate as possible of the accommodation services proposed, variations may occur, particularly due to changes in furniture or possible renovations.
e. The company Vitality Relax Spa will not be held responsible for the failure or incorrect execution of the Guest's Reservation in the event of force majeure, due to a third party, which is unpredictable and insurmountable, due to the Guest, in particular the unavailability of the internet network, the impossibility of accessing the website, external interference, computer viruses or in the case of prepayment that is not authorised by the bank of the holder.
f. Any Reservation or payment that is irregular, ineffective, incomplete or fraudulent for reasons attributable to the Guest will result in the cancellation of the order at the Guest's expense, regardless of any civil or criminal action that may be brought against the Guest.
14 - Change in Terms and Conditions.
a. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those accepted by the Guest at the time of booking. Vitality Relax Spa, however, reserves the option, at any time, without notifying the Client, to change these terms and conditions. Such changes will be effective immediately. Any use of the Services after a change to this Agreement implies the Client's acceptance of such changes. You are therefore advised to consult these Terms and Conditions frequently to take account of such changes and to print and retain a copy of the Terms and Conditions.
15. Integrity and Titles.
a. These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the data protection policy and the cookie policy.
As these documents are likely to change over time, the most recent version prevails over previous versions. These contractual documents apply and any other documents issued by the Customer are excluded, which are not binding on Vitality Relax Spa.
This document states the entirety of the obligations of the Parties with regard to the subjects they cover. No general or specific term or condition communicated by the Customer may be integrated into these general terms and conditions.
The contractual documents that make up the commitment of the Parties are, in decreasing order of priority :
1. The confirmation of the Reservation (including the specific terms and conditions of the Reserved Fare and the Terms and Conditions of the stay of the establishment in question) and the Terms and Conditions supplemented by the personal data protection policy and the cookie policy.
16. Force Majeure.
a. Force Majeure is understood to mean any event beyond the control of the parties that is at the same time unpredictable, insurmountable and beyond the control of the parties, in such a way that it prevents the Customer or the Establishment from guaranteeing all or part of the obligations set out in the contract. Cases usually recognised by the jurisprudence of the courts, events of force majeure or unforeseen events will be considered as such.
Neither party shall be considered liable to the other party in the event of failure to comply with its obligations arising from an event of force majeure. It is expressly accepted that cases of force majeure suspend, for the parties, the performance of their mutual obligations and that each party shall bear the costs arising therefrom.
17. Claims and Customer Services.
a. All requests for information or claims relating to a Reservation must be sent either to the Establishment in question or to the Customer Service of Vitality Relax Spa, which will be responsible for ensuring mediation between the Parties.

The Client is invited to send any complaints related to the stay as soon as possible to facilitate the processing of the same. In addition, they should have taken the trouble, during their stay, to report any discomfort in order to limit the possible consequences.
